A prequalification, is NOT the same as a pre-approval. The main difference is the information is documented vs. stated. We ONLY provide documented pre-approvals. This is more than a transaction, this is your future, we don't want to let anything slip through the cracks.
We believe that we no one can 'win' without working together. We work directly with you and/or your real estate agent to ensure that you are able to qualify for the terms you are offering and all parties are confident in the offer as well.
As a broker, we work as a liaison between you and the underwriter. We submit the information required for the loan we desire, at the desired terms. The underwriter, who has the authority to grant us the loan, will review and accept, or request additional information/documentation commonly known as 'conditions.'
A processor will be assigned to the file that will request information from you, or on you behalf. These items can include, but are not limited to: Title work, Appraisal, Insurance, brief explanation regarding an out of state ID etc. Once the required information is gathered, they will submit back to underwriter for final review and then off to CLOSING!
